I'm Average
The average American is overweight. So when you are filling out your health profile, can you say that you have an average body type? If you had an internet date with someone whose online profile said they had an average body, would you be disappointed when they have a little extra to love?
I bought a step stool at the store the other day. But I'm too heavy to use it according to the weight limit. Those top shelves will just have to stay dusty.
I haven't joined a gym yet. The diet hasn't been great. I did however lose the five pounds I gained over Christmas. I think I cancelled that out with all the food I ate today though. Dang it.
