The powerball jackpot is up to $300 million for this Wednesday. Don't forget to buy your tickets by Wednesday. The powerball number is going to be 22. I'm letting you all know now. By the way, if you win with that, remember who threw that number out to you.
As always, at the moment of purchase, I start dreaming about what I'm going to do with my new found millions. Big houses, fast cars, dirty whores, and sweet sweet booze. Endless fun, I'll tell you that. My high school math teacher once declared that the lottery was a tax on people who were bad at math. He doesn't get a cut of my winnings.
Thus we separate the dreamers from the pragmatists. In case you haven't noticed, I'm always the former and never the latter. Being a good mix of both would be the ideal way to go through life, but I have always been a little bit more unbalanced than the rest. The popularity of the lottery just goes to show that there are dreamers out there. And one of them will have their dream come true on Wednesday. By one of them, I mean me. Of course.
So, give me a call on Wednesday night after the drawing. Feel free to call collect, I won't mind at that point. We'll talk about how to spend the millions.
