Sad and Serious

Doesn't anyone write any light humor type stories anymore? I was visiting a writing website and all the stories are so doom and gloom. Either than or about vampires and werewolves. What about normal people who live happy lives. I guess it's because no one likes happy people. Everyone's miserable and they just what to read stories about people that are even more miserable than they are.

Boo sad stories, Yay beer!!!
