I heart TED
If you haven't heard of TED before, I do recommend. It's kind of more for you intellectuals who lean liberal. TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, and Design. It's a conference that meets annually in Monterey, California. Speakers have included Ze Frank, Al Gore, and Jane Goodall, among others. Really quite a variety of people and topics. Some of it is really interesting. Some of it is lame.
Today I learned a little about crack economics and have decided that being a crack dealer is probably not the way to go unless I have an uncle who's been in the business since the 80's.
