The Good Ole Days

I was just checking out My Space the "networking monster of the internet". (That's NMOTI for those of you into acronyms.) By the way you should add me as a friend if you haven't already.

But the thing I like the most about My Space is the oppotunity to get in touch with those long lost friends. Like Amy Blonde Girl for instance. I believe that Amy wants to show me naked pictures of herself or download a virus onto my computer, so I respectfully declined her friend request.

Seriously, though, I've been able to get into contact with some old friends that I otherwise never would have seen or heard from ever again. Being a military brat, there is a lot of those types of people out there. Then playing Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon Myspace (looking through pictures of friends of friends), I find more people that I used to know. Fun times.

Tonight I was looking through the profiles of people I used to know in high school. One prevalent theme there: high school was some good times. Now, I'm kind of torn here. I loved high school. No responsibility, good friends, great experience. But some people are like, that was as good as it gets. At one point I thought that too, but now I'm thinking you can't be stuck in a moment like that... holding on to the past. If that's all you do then yeah, that's it. Because you have to work on the now to make life better.

Blah, whatever. But next year would be my 10 year reunion, if we had such things.

Comments:
"My Space" Yet to really get involved. Much prefer Blogging

Myspace is the land of halter tops. Where they are no longer persecuted and can run free. If you don't believe do a search for female profiles. In the first picture always halter tops or tank tops...

Yeah good one "rumor" Your just jelous that you can't get away with it. We know you'd want to!! ;))
