Favorite Movies
I seem to remember updating a list like this every so often back in the day. I still love movies. I don't go out to see many anymore unless they are animated (Colsen and I last went to see Madagascar 3 or Ice Age 4 or Brave... something like that). So in no particular order...
The Hangover - Hilarious. Enough said.
Back to the Future - Still an all time favorite. I'm a sucker for time travel movies and this is the gold standard as far as I'm concerned.
Top Gun - Another movie from my childhood that I hold in high regard. Probably liked it a lot more back then when I thought I was going to be a Soviet killing jet pilot.
Princess Bride - Fun. I probably quote this movie more than any other. And it has everything: Fencing, fighting, torture, revenge, giants, monsters, chases, escapes, true love, miracles... How can you not love this movie?
Crazy, Stupid, Love. - I don't know if it's Ryan Gosling's hot bod or the Kevin Bacon sighting, but I love this movie. One of those guilty pleasures you don't tell people about.
It's a Wonderful Life - It's almost Christmas, so I have to throw my favorite Christmas movie in there. George Bailey, he's the richest man in the world. I swear when I was younger you could watch this show everyday leading up to Christmas. Now you only see like twice.
Rounders - I love poker. This is the movie that taught me No Limit Texas Hold'em and is a must see for anyone who has ever played. This one always gets quoted at poker tables.
Forrest Gump - Another great quotable movie. I think I went a stretch one summer watching this movie every day.
Swingers - My go to break up movie. And I love you more when you recognize me quoting from it.
Dazed and Confused - Classic. Sweet cars. Beer bust at the moon tower.
